Overall a good stay
Specifically liked the location (if you want to hit the beach) and the comfort of the bed.
Specifically didn't like the view from the window (narrow passage to the opposite building) and the fact that the room was not cleaned during the three days.

We were originally given a room where the door did not automatically locked We were transferred to a different room the next day which worked out fine

Location and staff were very friendly and helpful.
They renovated the common areas but the rooms and particularly the bathrooms could use some renovation.
